THIRD PARTY REPRODUCTIVE ASSESSMENT FOR INTENDED PARENTS
The primary purpose of the a Third Party Reproductive Assessment is to be proactive and address issues that may arise in the future. It is an opportunity to discuss long and short term implications such as grief and loss, the challenges of anonymity because of DNA testing and social media, future implications for the children of having persons who are linked through the same donor, the impact of treatment failure & coping with treatment termination

If using a directed donor, it is also an opportunity to educate the directed donor and intended parent(s) about the process and predictable social/emotional struggles to be better prepared for such times including who, what and when information about the conception is shared.
